I lead a team of product coaches focused on building product management capability at scale. Not just the skills: the culture and the conditions that determine whether capability actually changes how an organisation works.
Thirteen years working inside product development environments, across multiple roles, means I understand what product managers are actually up against. I build the system that determines whether that capability scales. I've been researching how product managers are actually using AI, where adoption is stalling, and what it takes to shift behaviour rather than just awareness. For the record, I came to this the way I come to most things: I tried it on myself first.
